- Monitor the movement and transportation of minor minerals in various vulnerable locations within the administrative jurisdiction of Capital Complex.
- Verification of documents of all vehicles carrying minor minerals like sand, boulders and gravels etc in terms of royalty payment.
- Collection of Monthly Revenue Statements from all the work executing agencies in terms of royalty on minor minerals and DMF.
- Issue Royalty Permit.
- Issue of Transit Challan as per the Rule 58 under APMMC Rule,2020 after approval of competent authority.
- DSR Survey and notification of quarries.
- Conducts Joint Inspection of proposed locations of stone rusher unit with Geo-Appraisal Committee before issuing NOC for setting up of stone crusher unit as per Arunachal Pradesh Stone Crusher Unit (APSCU) Guidelines 2012.
- Detection of illegal collection of Minor Minerals and submission of Report to the competent authority on the matter.
- Update the revenue records of minor minerals of the respective administrative jurisdiction.
- Liaisoning and rendering of hospitality to visiting officers and scientists of state/Central organization during tour/field visit to explore the potential of deposit of minerals within the respective administration jurisdiction.
