  • Our aim is to achieve the following service delivery within the prescribed time limit, subject to availability of all the required documents and to ensure timely and transparent delivery of services in accordance with the Arunachal Pradesh Right to Public Service Act, 2016 and Arunachal Pradesh Right to Public Rules, 2017.

4 Temporary Residence Certificate (TRC) Jan Suvidha 30 3(Three) day
  1. For Scheduled Tribe:
    • Attested copy of ST certificate
    • Guardian’s ST Certificate/ ID card
    • Passport size photo – 2 copies
  2. For others :
    • Attested copy of documents of last school attended.
    • Attested copy of guardian’s ID card /ILP
    • Passport size photo – 2 copies

8 Trade Licence (Rural) Trade License(Jan Suvidha) 30 3(Three) day
  1. LPC
  2. ST Certificate
  3. PRC, Voter ID, Driving License, Aadhaar Card etc. for address and age proof
  4. Self Declaration Affidavit
  5. NOC from area Administrative officer (EAC/CO- Itanagar/ Naharlagun/ Banderdewa
  6. Lease agreement affidavit with LPC/ Building owners, executed before EM.
  7. Passport size photo – 2 No.
  8. Photograph of proposed business building / location
  9. NOC from business/ trade items related to health/ forest/ education/ Agri-Horti/ Town Planning/ Pollution Board & DHS-food License, etc
9 NOC for Vigilance clearance Development Branch 24 15(Fifteen) day
  1. Filled in application form
  2. Recommendation from concerned Head of Office/ Head of Department.
10 Renewal of Arms License Judicial Branch 18 1(one) day
  1. Old Arms licence copy
