IT and e Governance
- To prepare Project Plan :
- Aim and Objective of the planning and project for the scope of works.
- To find out beneficiary:
- Project implementation and implementing agency of identifiers in district level, block level, circle level, village level etc.
- Approval and Execution of the project:
- Preparation of project plan and construction of DPR vetting and approval from the Directorate such sanction order and expenditure order.
- Rollout in District:
- Any project from the State or National projects such as, AADHAR, NSP, eILP, eOffice, eService, Website, which means any form of Electronic Governance System in Ministry of Electronic and Information Technology (MeitY) and Ministry of Telecommunication and Ministry of Communication, Government of India as well as PPP mode.
- Reach out to citizens.
- Any project rollout in the district and destruction of project beneficiary to the citizens in any manners.
- Awareness and Feedback: CPGRAM, Help Desk, MyGov.
- Any project rollout in district level in terms of infrastructure, such as server, laptop, desktop, internet.
- Services:
- Any form of electronic services such as AADHAR, NSP, eILP, eOffice, eService, Website, MyGov, DI, Ministry of Electronic and Information Technology (MeitY) and Ministry of Telecommunication and Ministry of Communication, Government of India and State Government of Arunachal Pradesh, Mobile Tower, Internet and Intranet
- Any form of Electronic and Digital Governance, NGO, Society for the private and public interest is held responsible the District IT Officer as per IT ACT 2000.
